The INTERNET is becoming more and more popular because of the media exposure it has received in Japan. Even so, not many people, especially those working in legal profession, are accessing the net. It is my hope that more and more people find it a useful tool for creating, expounding and resourcing the knowledge we need to do our utmost in a professional manner.
